Agent closed case in my favour
Just spoke to agent. They closed a case in my favour. But case is still open on my account. Does it close immediately or do I have to wait?

Mentor7 months agoSorry to have to say this, but what CS tell you may not always come to pass.
Usually a case will not close with eBay's help alone. Can you come back and give us some details of this case.
Also, are you the buyer or the seller?

I'm the buyer. I did speak to them and they closed the case for me. Saying it was in my favour etc and the refund will be with me in 3-5 days.
I purchased a phone last week. Package arrived without the phone just the box and accessories. Seller didn't accept my return so I opened a case. Filed a fraud report, gave them the crime reference number and they closed the case today. But just got an email from eBay saying I need to upload a copy of the report but the fraud people are saying I can't download a copy and may need to get trading standards involved. Pain in the *bleep*.
