Could someone please tell me how to get age verification postage through simple delivery as it doesn't give me the option

I understand it's not possible to send items requiring age verification through simple delivery, effectively meaning private accounts can't sell them.

Personally I think Ebay simple delivery should give the private seller the option for age verification postage. Which i would welcome .I have had listing taken down due to this but others private sellers don't. Don't really understand that one. Also business sellers offering free standard delivery on bladed items
Surely this is wrong on Ebays terms and conditions. I can not sell this item but there are hundreds of these tools on Ebay simple delivery. Thanks Craig
And sorry for the rant
