Age verification.
I am trying to buy an electric wood planer as mine no longer works, it is electric and plugs in but ebay want to confirm my age with a credit card because it is classed as bladed. I'm 60 years old, never had a credit card and never want one. How can I get in touch with an actual person rather than a stupid computer to verify my age.

Ask a friend with CC to buy for you.
