MentorJul 19, 2026 at 12:38 PMeBay only accept a credit card, because anyone of any age can own a debit card, and you need to be 18 years or older to have a credit card.
Those Credit card Companies have already done their stringent checks on the holders of those cards, so to save time and money, eBay use those checks for their own benefit.
The only way round this for you, is to ask a friend or family member who has a credit card on their eBay account, to buy this item for you.
