I have recently bought a few items on eBay, but I have now experienced the same issue twice. After I made the payments, the sellers created shipping labels but never actually dispatched the items. I messaged them several times, but they did not respond.
After 30 days, they blocked me, and I was no longer able to open a claim to get my money back. Has anyone experienced a similar situation, and is there any way to resolve it now that more than 30 days have passed?

Ebay gives you 30 days to use their money back guarantee, never let a seller time you out of that.
