Advice on returns
I sold a Nurosym device three weeks ago for £450. It had been used about 6 times and worked perfectly. I took a video of it working immediately before I put it in the post. These devices do not suit everyone. I told the buyer to join the facebook pages for advice and said it takes getting used to and to find the level for you. I advised to use a gel for connectivity. The buyer has now come back after three weeks saying they may return it to me because they don’t get a pulse like the company says in the information. They say it’s uncomfortable. Well that’s not the machine it’s the individual. She hasn’t used gel like I advised. I think it’s just not what she expected and now wants her money back. Where would I stand with this? Many thanks.

Mentor11 months agoIf they are saying it's not working correctly, even if they are wrong, they would probably win a "not as described" case with ebay so you would have to accept the return.
If they admit they just don't like it that is a "change of mind" return which as a private seller you don't have to accept but if you do buyer pays postage.
