OP3 weeks agoHave spent hours on the Internet even reinstalled software but no joy. As I say this has been done on 3 pc (also noticed that this was delivered by amazon which to me is not an issue but when i looked on amazon i noticed the comment "frequently reyurned"
What reason would I use to send it back

Mentor3 weeks agoIf you think it's faulty then open a case for Return this Item, selecting the reason Item is defective.
If the seller wants the item back first before refunding they need to pay and send a return tracked label, or refund you all before 3 days.
If they don't you escalate on day 4 , eBay step in, and force the refund.
Do not close the case early for any reason, and do not forget to escalate.
