Sold item 16 march 48hr royal mail.
Due to be delivered on 18 Martha's per the tracking.
Saw that item was running behind so did a bit of investigating and re run the label and saw that the address had no house number. Emailed buyer and advised him and asked him to try the do that it said it was at. Did not reply. Parcel has not moved so I do not know where it is.
Coming up to the 30 days next week what do i do if they do not do a inr and the Parcel is not returned.
Ebay says do nothing at this point but not always convinced on what they say.
Anyone else had this situation and what did they do.

Mentor4 months agoOn this occasion ebay advice is correct, you do not need to do anything unless buyer opens a case.
Very little can be done by anyone when item is in transit, at worse if buyer opens a not received case if using Simple Delivery ebay should be responsible for refund.

OP3 months ago8 days on from last post.
Buyer has still not responded or opened not received case. No update on the tracking still at the same spot when I started to do a bit investigating and found insufficient address.
Do i still hold fire on doing anything and would I get a late delivery defect .
Taught me a very good lesson to check address (never felt the need you would think people would input the correct details) now once bitten twice shy as they say.
Thanks
