Advice needed please on how to accept a combined offer
Hi
A buyer has sent me a message and offered me a combined offer for three pairs of boots I am selling. I am happy to accept the offer and combine the postage but I don't know how to do this.
Please can someone tell me what I need to do?
Do I ask them to put in an offer on each item that I then accept and then do I give a refund on the postage or can I combine the postage once they have put in the offers?
I'd appreciate any any advice as soon as possible.
Many thanks in advance
Dawn

Mentor10 months agoI would revise one of the listings to add the other two and increase the postage (if you need to). End the two listings and ask the buyer to send the offer to the one listing of three pairs of boots.

OP10 months agoHi thanks for this- that sounds like a good idea. They have offered me £40 but would they then bay a buyer protection fee on top of their offer?

Mentor10 months agoA buyer offers what they want to pay so you get less because the Buyer Protection Fee is taken off that amount.

Mentor10 months agoThey need to make proper offers or as suggested edit a listing to include all three.
You cannot accept an offer by message, and when you get a proper advice of an offer, it will show exactly what you will receive with the buyers protection fee being shown seperately.
