Address Change with Simple Delivery

Question

Hi I have been asked by a buyer to change the address for postage after they have paid with Simple Delivery. Despite my repeated messages, they have not told me whether they want to cancel the order or for me to send to the address that has been paid for. Time is running out for me t send in time. What shall I do?

Sellers must not send the item to a different address, buyers have the opportunity to change their delivery address at eBay checkout before paying.

Cancel the order by selecting the 'problem with buyers address' reason and then relist it for your buyer to re-purchase.
