hello, please i am trying to add a tracking number to an order but it keeps telling me this "The selected order(s) aren't eligible for this action."

Mentor2 weeks agoIf you are using Simple Delivery then trackking is dealt with automatically. If you chose to use your own delivery method then you cannot load your tracking.
If a not received case is opened then you would be able to add your tracking.
