I sold an item and the buyer wanted it quickly so instead of using simple delivery I sent it by Royal Mail 24, as it was listed as simple delivery eBay automatically assigned a tracking number and I wasn’t able to add my rm24 tracking, the buyer has the item and is happy and left feedback but eBay thinks it hasn’t been delivered because I didn’t use their courier and my funds are on hold with no way of the buyer confirming that they’ve received the item. ive been emailing eBay for days and had no response.
