Actually talking to someone who can sort a problem out and don't mean AI Customer disservice
Summary: jeffbobblesbonbon is frustrated with eBay's handling of a removed listing due to a policy infringement. Despite following the suggested steps to resolve the issue, the listing remains visible on their Selling page, and attempts to contact customer service have only led to interactions with automated responses. They are seeking a way to speak with a human representative to resolve the problem, expressing concern over being unfairly penalized for a mistake.
I had a listing removed due to a policy infringement. I accepted this, I clicked one thing rather than another which I later changed when I completed a new listing as ebay did not provide a way of editing said listing. But the listing and with its red line and 'This listing was removed for violating our Used clothing policy.' still appears in my Selling page. I tried to contact someone in Customer Service to enquire about how to remove it only to get the AI idiot telling me that only Ebay can remove it and to go to my messages and follow instructions.
This is what I did.
I went to my messages, clicked 'Review my Listings' then to the 'Issue Resolution Centre', clicked the item then to the 'View Case' page, I got to the bottom i clicked the 'End Listing' button got message 'End listing failed' try later.
Does this always happen? I went back to Customer Dis Service and got the AI idiot again who again couldn't help me.
Am I to be contiinually punished for making a policy violation with this item being contantly on my Selling Page?
Is there a way to actually talk to a human being who may be able to help or am I condemned for life?
