Active Listings Search Filters Keep Resetting
I’m having a serious issue with the search function in my eBay Active Listings.
When I search my active listings, the results are including all of my items, including international listings. I then filter the results so that I can see UK listings/products only, which works temporarily.
However, as soon as I perform another search, the filter resets and I have to select the UK filter all over again.
This is extremely frustrating and very time-consuming. It was not working like this before, so something appears to have changed in the Active Listings search or filtering system.
I manage a large number of listings and I need to be able to control and retain my search criteria and filters between searches. Having to reapply the same filters every time is slowing down my work considerably.
Please investigate this and restore the previous behaviour, or provide an option to save/retain my selected search filters.
I am already working with limited time, and this change is costing me even more time every day.
Please treat this as a usability issue and pass it to the relevant technical/product team if necessary.
