Active eBay listing not appearing in search results or to other users after 48+ hours

I’m a new seller and I recently created a listing on eBay UK. The listing shows as “Your item is for sale” in Seller Hub, and I can open and view the listing normally from my seller account.
However, when I try to find the same listing using another eBay account, it does not appear in the search results.
Could anyone please advise:
Is this normal for a new seller/listing?
Can a listing take more than 24 hours to become searchable?
Is there any setting or restriction that could prevent the listing from appearing in search results?
How can I check whether my listing is actually visible to other buyers?
The listing is clearly showing as active in Seller Hub, so I’m not sure whether this is an indexing/search issue or a visibility restriction.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Mentor3 weeks agoIs it clothing or footwear? eBay says that from this month, apparel and footwear listings with missing or unclear size information may be hidden until the information is updated. So if your product is in that category, I'd specifically review the size and condition fields.
If not, I'd wait another 24hrs and would then contact eBay and ask them why your listing isn't visible.

OP3 weeks agoHand made craft items, I'm selling. I could contact Ebay, AI assistant is there, but I couldn't find human. Please give me a link to contact human, assistant.

Mentor3 weeks agoPresumably you created your account on the US site, ebay.com?
You'll need to log in there and contact their customer services via their Contact Us link.

Your item should be visible to UK buyers if you have a shipping method and price to the UK set up in the postage section. Check to see if you have.
I can't see anything on the US site either, which presumably is your home site and where you registered?

OP3 weeks agoThank you for checking. Yes, I am registered in Sri Lanka, but I created this listing through eBay UK because I want to sell to UK buyers. I have already set “Standard Delivery from outside UK” with a £5 postage charge. The listing is active and I can view it normally from my Seller Hub, but I cannot find it from another eBay account.
Could you please advise whether there is any account or listing visibility restriction that could be preventing it from appearing in search results? Also, which eBay site should I normally use to list items as a Sri Lankan seller targeting UK buyers?

Mentor3 weeks agoSri Lanka based and this is the UK site > www.ebay.co.uk < and account requirements are UK resident orientated including the need to file acceptable UK Banking based details/addresses which differs from the Global/International USA site requirements ---
