Accusation from ebay
eBay have given me a warning accusing me of using offensive and threatening language. My feedback was that the Barbie was a fake and smelt of petrol and cigarettes. It was and did. I appealed but they've rejected my appeal sticking to their accusation that it was offensive and threatening so they've taken my feedback down. How does a fraudulent seller have more protection than my honest review??? There's no one to contact to pursue this. Where do I go to make a complaint?

Mentor3 months agoEbay would expect you to open a not as described case to get s full refund, not just use feedback, which in my opinion if it has to be negative should be brief, and just say something like “unsatisfactory transaction” and mark down the star ratings.

Mentor3 months agoIf you mention ebay or fake, it can be removed.
No one knows exactly what ebay allow/disallow in feedback.
If you say "Unsatisfactory transaction", it is OK.
