Account temporarily paused
So I just got a message on my account telling me that my account has been temporarily paused. This seems to be because I wasn't responding to messages that I thought were spam / malicious. The messages I ignored were telling me that I owe money, but I DON'T. Not sure what to do next, as none of the provided prompts that I followed allowed me to simply contact Ebay - my need doesn't fit any of the available options. I'm stuck. Why is customer service so unhelpful these days. I've had a 100% record on Ebay for over 15 years, so this sucks. And what the f*** is a "label" that seems to be stopping me from posting this help request

Mentor6 months agoYou need to ask ebay why they think you owe them money. Use any topic to get through to the call back option.

Mentor6 months agoAsk for a Call Back this is easier now as there's a direct link for this.
I strongly recommend contacting CS 8 a.m. on a weekday when the lines open for ' live agents' as then, there's more chance of Dublin answering. Try 9 a.m. this weekend, but only speak to Dblin, you'll hear if it's the dulcet tones of the Emerald Isles.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays
9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.
Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

OP6 months agoI appreciate you pointing this out but it just makes the situation even worse than it already was. Why would my msg not be in the EBay that is my home EBay? How could it go elsewhere? Is there anybody that can ACTUALLY help me with this stupid situation. All I need is to contact eBay.
