Account restrictions and suspensions
I received a notification stating that my account is on hold and provided the error code e243435-1244650x. I checked my Messages, but Iam still unsure how to resolve this issue.Could you please assist me in understanding the reason for the hold and steps I rely on my account for transactions, so your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated

Mentor3 weeks agoYou first need to log out of this UK site, and log into your homesite which is www.ebay.com.
Rules in your country may be a little different here for new sellers joining eBay, so best to contact on the right homesite, and ask here:
