Account restrictions and suspensions
Hi, pleaseeee help me with this, My account was restricted under the BBE policy. I believe many of the issues were caused by courier delays and buyer expectations rather than intentional misconduct. I refunded affected buyers when issues occurred. I don't know what else need i do, this is my main account with long journey and this happen, i'm really sad, anything i can do get back my account?

Mentor2 weeks agoYou will have to log out of this UK site, and Log into www.ebay.com restrictions in your country may differ from here, so best to speak to the community there, https://community.ebay.com or contact Customer Services there and speak to them about the restrictions placed on your account.
