Account restrictions
Hello, I'd like to know how to resolve a problem here on eBay. I've never sold anything on eBay, I'm only a buyer. Now my account is restricted, saying I have outstanding sales debts that I need to pay before it's sent to a collection agency, but it doesn't say the amount. As I said, I never sell anything here, and now I can't buy anything because of this restriction. I've already sent a message to eBay but haven't received a response. Does anyone know how I can resolve this?
