Account restriction - due to falling below the limit of cases opened with eBay having to resolve | Member To Member Support

Hi, how do I remove the restriction from my account. I am unable to liste anythign, make any chnages to live listing and its fustrating as the only thing I can see if that my seller performance is below "standard" based on the fact that I had 3 cases (0.44%) of my total sales resolved by ebay instead of myself. On all 3 occasions these were raised on times we do not operate, I have no instated the "time off" function to stop this but I want to get my listing up and running again. Screen shot for refernece
