Account restriction
I have received a restriction on my account, apparently I have unpaid fees.
My account shows a zero balance, can this be a fake?
If so how can I remove this restriction,

Mentor3 months agoIf your account shows a Zero balance that does not mean there are no fees owing. it could mean you have no registered means of paying using alternative methods. Normally sellers pay from bank account, when no funds available
In terms of could it be a fake, if from ebay it would be addressed to you by name, if just “dear seller” dear member etc. then it is a fake.

Mentor3 months agoAccess to your account is needed to clear this up, and as members like yourself we don't have that access, you need to contact CS.
Contacting eBay Customer Services is not easy nowadays to get a live agent , but some have had success using the app, otherwise keep typing in ' I wish to speak to an agent' and this too can work.
Use this link to contact CS, if you can try at 8 a.m. on a weekday morning also more chance there for Dublin to answer.
