Account restricted but not message/email
Hello
I got this account since 2019 where I only buy regularly
I plan to start to sell, and bam my account has been restricted.
I did delete a few old credit cards who were expired and when I try to confirm my usual bank card payment with the security code, or add a new one card? Well nothing is working
And no I have no messages or emails telling me what’s the issue

Mentor8 months agoIt doesn't matter that you have used your account regularly for buying, selling is a totally different matter, and you need to register your account with eBay's Managed Payments to be able to list items for sale, and receive payouts from those sales.
You need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified. The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive, and confirm to eBay.
Once this is completed, you will be able to list items for sale, and receive payouts from those sales.
This will show you how to register for eBay's Managed Payments.

If there is an issue with the registration contact eBay Customer Services, who have full access to your account, and can see where the issue lies and explain the steps you now need to take.
Contact them this way.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.
eBay Customer Service
Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays
9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.
Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

Mentor8 months agoEbay being unhelpful as usual.
Restrictions are usually permanent, but with no idea what the problem it is difficult to help. I would say that permanent restrictions are more likely to be for sellers than buyers
I know it means losing your feedback score but I would suggest opening a new account including registering to sell, and see how that works out.
I had assumed you had not used your account for some time, but see you have been buying recently, so have you tried adding a bank account, see the following
