Mentor5 months agoThis is the UK site and you are in Sri Lanka --- account requirements are UK resident orientated including acceptable UK Banking details (Payoneer is not accepted in eBay UK) and differ from the Global/International US site ---
Suggest using the International > www.ebay.com < site which offers many other selling, shipping and payment options including acceptable Business registration with Global Banking account/s availability. https://community.ebay.com
