account problem
Hello eBay Support,
I am facing an issue with my buyer account. My account is working fine, and I can log in without any problem. However, when I open my profile link, it shows the message: "Sorry, this user was not found."
I have not received any email regarding the closure or suspension of my account. Could you please confirm if my account is active and explain why my profile is not visible?
