Account on hold , don’t understand why
Summary: chelshirtvii is experiencing an account hold on eBay and is confused about the issue as all orders have tracking. tressygirl suggests that the high value of items might require a business account and advises contacting Customer Services. *vyolla* notes that no new restrictions should apply but suggests reaching out to eBay if the issue persists beyond five days. chelshirtvii clarifies these items are personal memorabilia and expresses difficulty in reaching eBay support. fargvs mentions that a selling limit may have been triggered due to the recent sale of high-priced items.

Mentor1 month agoIn the second photo you've published it states that no new restrictions will apply from this issue, but that it may take up to 5 days for the restriction to lift.
Are you blocked from listing anything else?

OP1 month agoThat’s how I read it , but after 5 days still blocked

Mentor1 month agoOkay, you'll need to contact eBay (I'd do it early Monday) and point out that the message says that there are zero orders showing without tracking and ask when the restriction will be lifted.

Mentor1 month agoHard for us to know as we have no access to your account , but what I can see is that you are selling reasonably high value items and all new or nearly new of the same type this would indicate that eBay may wish you to deal under a Business account.
A Private account, the one you are using is for selling used unwanted items, such as a garage, wardrobe or attic clear out.
Contact Customer Services ask them what they require from you as your payouts from recent sales may be held until e Bay are satisfied everything with your account, is in order.
It's not easy to get hold of Customer Services, you need to go top left of your eBay page to Help & Contact, and keep typing in... ' I wish to speak to an agent' you should eventually get through.
