Account not showing collected by postman on simple delivery
Hi my account on my sold page says an item is overdue for sending when it has in fact been collected by postman on simple delivery I’ve tracked the item & it says it’s been delivered. I’ve contacted my buyer she’s received the item & is pleased but his do I put my account right to stop it showing overdue for posting?
