Account help
Hi
i have had my account payments restricted for the past 8 weeks, i was still able to sell items and post them but not receive payments from my account. I have had ongoing dialogue with ebay via email for the duration of the restriction. They said that I hadn’t added tracking to some items and I needed to proof of delivery; I replied tha the proof is that no customer is contacting me or opening a case against me for non delivery.
2weeks ago they emailed me a list of order numbers that had not had tracking info attached to them - i completed this task to then receive further emails with requests regarding tracking numbers. I have subsequently completed all of the tasks required to have my restriction lifted - I received an email to say that my appeal was being reviewed and they would be in touch with me with 48-72 hours - i have heard nothing since.
I’m at a loss on what now to do to release the substantial funds in my account. I have chatted to agent/ s-one to agent and they just reply ‘the back office dealing with your appeal will be in touch’
I have now had enough

Mentor10 months agoI fully understand the frustration and annoyance here.
However, only CS with access to your account, can help you.
I would arm yourself with dates of posted items, and their tracking numbers and dates showing delivery (even if these have been produced before) , but only contact CS first thing on a weekday morning at 8 a.m. when the lines open for ' live agent's, as then there's more chance of Dublin answering, only speak to them.
It's a Call Back option from the link below, so you'll hear if it's Ireland calling !
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays
9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.
Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

Mentor10 months agoOdd if you're speaking to US agents, CS here will link you either to Germany, Philippines or Dublin.
As said Dublin usually answer first thing, try them they're usually very helpful.
Good luck do come back and tell us how you got on.
