What a complete farce n joke is the 'so-called' customer service! On hold over an hour being passed to different departments then cut off because I was taking too long to explain my complaint for the 4th time!! I wouldn't mind if they actually sorted it
I bought an item and opted to use my small balance as part payment then use my card. It didn't do this. The full payment was taken off my card but the account balance has gone too! All I asked was why and could it be reinstated. I finally was told it was blocked before being sent to 2 other agents...and then eventually cut off.
Is it no wonder why I was getting angry n frustrated 🥴

No record of selling anything.
Have you added and had bank account verified to transfer funds to?
As a new seller, funds are held longer.
