Account access issue
Hi,
I want to grant access to someone else to manage my account but I don't have option to invite user or add user. Under Account Preferences-> Team Access->Account Access. I get the message saying you don't have access to any other accounts yet. Contact an account owner to get access. I'm the owner!
I tried every possible way, AI agent does not understand this issue. please help. please see the screenshot. Thank you

Mentor11 months agoIf you are happy to allow someone else to manage your account and have access to it , just give them your password.
Be aware, any mistakes, defects , negative feedback, they accrue, you as the owner will ' gain' those sanctions.
