I've accidentally pressed buyers paid , when they haven't. How do i reverse this?

Mentor5 months agoI see that it must be the Van, as this would be the only sort of item where payment would be made in cash or bank transfer, where seller would still have to mark as paid, so I am surprised that it cannot be marked as unpaid as accidents do happen.
I see it has been listed twice, you are aware that a listing fee applies each time listed, and selling fee when sold.

·5 months agoUnfortunately, you can't reverse it.
Although sellers can still manually mark items as 'paid' there is no way to reverse it.
You may have to contact Customer Services and ask them to mark it as not paid. The issue for you and your buyer is that, because you have accidentally marked it as paid, they won't actually be able to pay.

I definitely remember , admittedly not recently, a ' Mark as Unpaid' option. 😐

Mentor5 months ago@tressygirl @It got removed a couple of years ago. The buyer can mark it unpaid from their end so it opens the order up or as @jckl1957 suggests get CS to sort it

Mentor5 months agoTo be honest , I didn't think this was still possible.
However, I seem to remember when I was not using the Seller Hub, but was on My eBay Selling, far right of the item sold from More Actions is there a ' Mark as Unpaid ' ?
Another place to look, click on the item sold, top left then on View Order Details, then from More Actions drop down on the right, is there ' Mark as Unpaid' ?
Use a desktop browser, Chrome seems to work well, but not the app or mobile browser which can be limited in the options they offer.
