As above I accidentally blocked a seller I was having an issue with . Is it possible to unblock someone ?

It's not possible to block a seller unless you've set up a Saved Search, blocked them from that and then saved the search.
Sellers can block buyers from bidding/buying, but buyers can't block sellers.
