Accepting an offer f

I have an offer on my item which I would accept , however there is no option to accept it .

Which device or browser are you using?

If the app see if you can switch to a laptop / PC and try Chrome that usually works well with eBay.

If it came through your Best Offer option on the listing go the message with offer and scroll to the bottom should be Accept button there.

If you have set a minimum to accept, the offer has to not match that minimum but surpass it, for it to be accepted.

Thank you for your advice and interest . The accept offer button just takes me through to a blank page saying “no offers”.i will try switching to my lap top to see if that changes things . Kind regards Margaret

Get Outlook for iOS<> m harrison

If you ever find yourself with no way forward, facing blank and ' error' pages, always try the laptop / PC and try Chrome that seems to work best with eBay. The app is forever glitchy.
