Accepting an Offer
A recent sale fell through as the buyer claimed to have bought it by mistake. I have relisted and the second highest bidder has contacted me to say he is prepared to match the previous winning bid. I don't think there is a "make an offer" function on the listing so how can I finalise the sale?

Once a bid is received on an auction, no offers can be made or accepted, as it would not be fair to the other bidder(s).
This bidder will have to wait till auction end ,and if they really want it, to place the highest bid price they are willing to pay, and hope no one out bids them!
