Accepting an offer
I have received an email from eBay to say I have a new offer on an item I'm selling.
When I open the email it gives a blue box with the option "respond now" (to the latest offer).
But when I click on "respond now" it does not open a new page with "accept offer" - it just reverts to the item listing!
How can I help this buyer to purchase my item?

Mentor3 weeks agoWhich item is it, a bid on an auction would automatically cancel an offer.
Just possible that person making offer changed mind and placed a bid instead.
