Abusive feedback
I received abusive feedback "lying scum" having had no contact with the buyer about a problem I reported this and was told it would not be removed as it was an opinion. I reportedagain and was told I was right and it would be removed but is still there and I don't trust them to remove it do I have any other options. Alan

How long is it that eBay said they'd remove it?

Describing you as a "lying scum" is indisputably harmful to your reputation as a seller and can hardly be viewed as constructive criticism.
