Abusive feedback
I received abusive feedback "lying scum" having had no contact with the buyer about a problem I reported this and was told it would not be removed as it was an opinion. I reportedagain and was told I was right and it would be removed but is still there and I don't trust them to remove it do I have any other options. Alan

Mentor1 month agoI would say that is definately removable. As Vy says, and its not about the item sold which feedback has to be.

How long is it that eBay said they'd remove it?

OP1 month agoIts only been today but im not sure after the other agent was happy with the comment I also want my feedback score returned to 100% iv been on here over 17years and had no problems

Mentor1 month agoeBay's conditions for feedback removal include "Personal attacks that could harm the reputation of the seller or their business and could not reasonably be viewed as constructive criticism".
Describing you as a "lying scum" is indisputably harmful to your reputation as a seller and can hardly be viewed as constructive criticism.
