A seller won't answer my request for a refund.
I have a faulty item which occured after 2 months of use, the seller asked me to start a return process but the option isn't available as it has been 2 months ago
They won't reply to me so I need eBay to step in .

Mentor3 weeks agoeBay wont step in as its past their 30 day money back gaurantee. You could approach your payment provider to see if they can assist.

First time I need help in over 20 years a customer and there is no help😐.
