A seller took my money without me agreeing to the purchase.
I asked a quation about a product as I needed 2 and would like the postage to be just one... The seller did not get been to me for hours. The said put an offer in and I will accept it... by this time I had already purchased elsewhere.
Money was taken and the item said delivered in the same moment!
I have messaged many times abs have heard NOTHING back

You must have made an offer, which the seller accepted. eBay may require buyers to give advance authority for payment to be taken immediately an offer is accepted. This is because so many buyers were making offers and then changing their minds. Not sure whether this applies to all or only some offers.
Instead of messaging the seller, you need to send a formal cancellation request through eBay. If the are a business seller, if they don't accept it they must still accept returns so you could if necessary return the item, although you would have to pay the return postage. Private sellers don't have to accept cancelaltions or returns.

Mentor7 months agoSellers cannot take money from a buyer. Payment is only taken when you buy something. If they send the item you can request a return. If they do not send it check the last estimated delivery date on the listing and when that has passed select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-items-not-received-refunds-buyers/get-help-item-hasnt-arrived?id=4042&st=3&pos=5&query=Get%20help%20with%20an%20item%20that%20hasn%27t%20arrived&intent=ITEM%20NOT%20RECEIVED&

and escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a full refund.
