A seller is not responding to my message about a damaged item
A seller sold me a DVD of Outlander and disc 1 was broken on arrival. I emailed the day after I got the item, it took 3 days for him to respond, I gave him the order number and nothing now for a week. The item doesnt appear in my purchase list on Ebay and this is making it hard to contact Ebay for support in resolving the issue. The AI assistant doesnt understand the problem I am describing. What is the best course of action?

Mentor1 month agoOpen item not as described case.
Seller supplies returns label, you post back for full refund.
Escalate on day 4 if no label or refund.
Ignore seller excuses.
