I bought a Dewalt replacement 8.0AH 18V battery at the end of January and to be honest have hardly used it as i have numerous Dewalt 2.0AH. It just stopped working - dead - won't charge etc. I've tried emailing them and also contacting them through Ebay but it's been 10 days now and I haven't had any form of response etc. The products are supposed to be guaranteed for 10 years so they might as well have said 100 years if they don't answer anyones communication about faults. Feels like sellers ca...

Depending what they say, I'd threaten reporting them to Trading Standards and legal action.
