A seller has stolen my images

The discussion seems focused on addressing the issue of image theft in an online selling context.
I am an artist and a seller on EBay has stolen images of my artwork from either my Etsy shop or my website. I print my original paintings on to sticker material for sale. I still have my original paintings.
I have discovered that this seller has been selling wall stickers copied from my photos for a long time, I’ve just not known about it.
On one design alone they have sold over 400 of them.
They are obviously poor copies, as they do not have an original file to use, just a photo of my own sticker photos.
They have stolen 11 designs from me, so far.
Even their listing photos are mine.
I have messaged them with a cease and desist notice and sent a link of EBay’s copyright infringement policy, but they have not answered and the items have not been taken down.
I reported each listing to EBay, but their response was that they didn’t find the listings to be in violation of their policy and that the findings were made by automation or AI.
What can I do now?

Mentor3 months agoPresumably you have another account, a business one, if you're also selling on eBay.
As advised, using your business account just join eBay's VeRO (Verified Rights Owners) and then you can get the listings removed.
If you don't sell on eBay you'll need to take legal advice.

Please do. Without VERO registration eBay is unlikely to help you. With registration, they will remove any listing you report as infringing your intelectual property right.
