A refund required after 90 days . Seller has the items

Question

I need to return two items that were held up in customs , returned to me , then posted again . The seller has the items. I need eBay to let the seller return the monies

Im afraid after 90 days you are not going to get a refund through Ebay as you are only covered upto 30days - Your only course of action is through your Card issuer (chargeback) or Paypal (Item not received) which ever you used.

You're way out of time to get eBay involved to pursue a refund, but you can try explaining the customs delay to eBay CS, worth a go:
