A refund been requested

Hi, am having problems with a buyer in regards to an item they have bought claiming its the wrong item to what was listed. They have sent pictures of an item that I dont even sell claiming thats what they received which is impossible! Have never had this problem before so any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

It is up to buyer to open a Not as described case before you need to do anything.

He may be trying it on, but while you might have to refund, a case must be opened, and it is possible he may do this regularly so will not open a case as he has already been caught out by ebay.
