A purchase made in 2019 not showing
I made a purchase of a Vespa scooter in 2019. It’s not in my purchase history and I need some info that was in the original advert the seller made. How do I locate this, can anyone help? Tia

·4 months agoYou won't be able to see the details of the original sale.
For most 'one off' sales of that age, apart from purchases from business sellers where the item you bought is still available, you get the message below when you find your purchase and click on 'view order details'.
We looked everywhere.

Mentor4 months agoPurchase history only goes back 7 years, although I just looked at my purchases and I can see back to 2017.
Have you looked in purchase history and clicked to see all transactions. Right side at top
See orders:All
If you bought as a Guest it will not be in purchase history.

OP4 months agoThank you..done all this and it’s not showing still, deffo did not buy as a guest so it’s a mystery! Wondered if EBay cust services could help, haven’t tried them yet!
