A product purchased has been recalled, but i can no longer find it in my puchase history.
A product I purchased, charger lead for hp laptop, has been recalled as its unsafe, I can no longer find it in my purchase history so I'm unsure what to do. Any advice please.

Mentor6 months agoDid you buy as a guest? If so it will not be in your purchases, the only record will be in the email confirming purchase.
Otherwise WHEN did you buy?, all purchases are available to see for 7 years, you just have to edit from the drop down menu to find the period covering the purchase.

Mentor6 months agoIf it's past 30 days it's too late for ebay anyway. If it's less than 120 days try your payment provider.
