A phone number to get through to eBay?
Does anyone have a phone number for eBay?
I need help to obtain a postage label but the address is not correct.
Trying to get a response out of that ridiculous chatbot is impossible!

OP1 week agoIt's sorted and the parcel has gone. Thanks, everyone.
That said, I'm disappointed with eBay's determination to avoid having a phone conversation. It used to be so helpful and led to issues being resolved very quickly.

Mentor1 week agoIs this a Simple Delivery item and ebay's new thing of flagging an address error and not letting you have the label until you correct it - while telling you you'll lose seller protection if the change is significant? What does it say is wrong with the address? Is it just a character limit on Address Line 1?

OP1 week agoNo. It was me who thought the address was wrong. The street being completely missing was a bit of a clue!

Mentor1 week agoYou should only post to the Address given by eBay when postage label is supplied --- up to the Buyer to update their Address.

Mentor1 week ago@fargvs there's a new thing with Simple Delivery where ebay flag a perceived error and won't give you the label until you correct it.

Mentor1 week agoThere is no phone number to call, it's a Call Back option but there are better and worse if you like, times to try and contact .
I will admit, it's not easy to contact an agent but go top of any eBay page click on Help & Contact to bring you to.... ' How Can We Help You ....' and keep typing in.... Speak to an agent.
