A item say delivered but I haven't recieved it as its gone to the wrong address
An item i ordered states it's been delivered, but i haven't even received it as on the tracking it's a complete different address. I tried to contact ebay but finding it difficult

Mentor2 weeks agoChances are you'll lose the eBay item not received claim if there's a tracking number showing delivery, so you may need to appeal it if it doesn't close in your favour. State that the tracking number delivery address does not match the one showing on the order details. Pop back here if no success on that front.

Mentor2 weeks agoI think probably best to open a Not received case, and try arguing your version of delivery that way.
