A buyer with no rating asking me to post to a different addres
Someone made me an offer and asked me to accept offer and email them. I did and this is what they sent me.

Am purchasing this item from US but I want you to ship it to my friend in London as a birthday gift after payment which eBay will give you the right address as a shipping labe.
Is this okay to do or is it scammy?

Mentor1 month agoAs soon as a buyer asks a seller to email them that's a red flag, they're trying to take you outside of eBay.

Mentor1 month agoIf ebay have the London address and that is what is on the ebay postage label then you will be OK. So if it's all done on ebay it means they've added the second address to their account and you are protected. Any hint of it being an off-ebay arrangement then that would be a scam and you should cancel the transaction.

OP1 month agoIt was a scam the next email asked me to buy a 400 pound apple gift card. I cancelled the order and now ebay has frozen my account. Great
