Unless this was set up with a collection option in the postage section your buyer won't receive the collection code that they must give you when they come to collect their item.

Cancel the order (let the buyer know what you're doing first), use either the 'buyer asked to cancel' or 'problem with buyers address' reasons. Then relist with a collection option for them to repurchase.
